5 Star Service from Joy, she was fast and efficient in helping me identify the problems with my listing, and was resolved within a few minutes. highly recommend.
GREAT SERVICE
Not sure its worth it. Doesn't map fields with Etsy, so some of them don't get imported, others get imported wrong.
I'm not sure this was worth trying out.
Great app. It is quite complicated to list on Amazon. But with this app it is easy. And the support team is very helpful.

I have to say the app does its job and the support team is there to help, however their instructions were very harmful for our business.
We asked two different times to two different support people if the application would respect the FREE LIMIT from ebay, so we could simply activate all items and let them sync.
They said yes not one, but twice. But a week later we encounter a 40€ payment and a 50€ payment from ebay. The limit was surpassed.
I believe not having the option to agree to surpass this free limit is a big hole on the implementation, and the terrible understanding of the support team was a tremendous let down for us.
i would greatly recommend not trusting their recommendations.
they also didnt take acountability from their mistake.

I am updating my review after having been in touch with the support team. I was advised - "The categories you have set in Shopify is only for your Shopify store. That means you need to manually set the category on the app."
This is time consuming when you have over 2,500 products and have to manually set the category for each one.
Other than this issue the app works well and customer service (Jeffrey Avila specifically) is great at trying to help. Hopefully the category feature can be fixed somehow in the future.
