They were very prompt and helped me quickly and exactly what I needed. The representative fixed the issues regarding my listing and also edited my account to help boost sales.

Great support and customer service so far, works as expected, and is keeping products between Shopify and eBay in sync! Very happy with the efficiencies this has brought me.

Nothing but problems. Over a week and still nothing back from support on my issues with Walmart. There is clearly something wrong and with no visibility to logs it is near impossible to troubleshoot. Every answer back is check with Walmart or looks good on our side when there are clear problems. Setting up new API calls generates duplicate orders in codisto which clutter up the order page and make it near impossible to use the product. Nobody will reach out to fix the product.

Still waiting for a fix for walmart pre-owned condition. I have to setup walmart by hand and totally bypass the app to keep video games in sync. Walmart has come out with a new spec but this does not seem to be implemented on the app. It is really disappointing to say the least 5 months and no resolution at all.

Great app. Really simplifies everything for the users. I have had to contact support and they were straight away there helping and you get to chat with a real person! Not some silly bot.

Didn't work for me.

1- Product linking was inaccurate more often than not. This was the case, even though I only linked such products marked with 'high confidence'. Orders with wrongly linked products could not be altered.

2- Repeat customers were not recognized due to alternate naming and I had to manually link such customers each time.

3- Fulfillment would not translate back into the eBay platform.

The App might work for you if you are setting up a new store and intend to push the products to various platforms.

For me, this App has created more problems for me than it solved. Support seemed not keen. So I deleted the App on my part, hoping that this will solve my problems. Particularly disappointed.

Love this app...integrates with eBay quickly and picks up variants of you have them.

Amazon section is great for managing FBA pricing and creating new listings for existing products on Amazon. You can also create new products on Amazon via the Shopify interface. Codisto then brings that data from Shopify into Amazon. Amazon gating is a problem with certain products but thats not Codisto's fault. Works well with other app that connect with Shopify such as Connectr.

Stiamo usando da qualche mese questa app per le nostre vendite su Ebay. L'esperienza è davvero ottima. Ho usato due volte l'assistenza clienti ed è semplicemente da 5 stelle. Veloci ed efficaci. Per il futuro mi piacerebbe avere nuovi canali di vendita da gestire con la vostra app. Grazie e buon lavoro.
