I am extremely new to essentially everything shopify, and I really, really needed help on the very first day I downloaded Market Connector. She was very patient and tenacious, and spent so much time with me… and I am so grateful! She walked me through both my own user error and some actual browser errors. The app is not perfect and the UI isn't the prettiest but it is highly functional and their level of service is outstanding. Joy was wonderful to deal with and resolved issues quickly.

Mariel is very patient , real good customer service, she is the best part of this long time invested trying to understand all of this, without her it was impossible since it is very hard for old school people .
