This is a major issue, the app brings orders that have been fulfilled already back again like new just because eBay updates something the app will import a duplicate showing it's a new order after you fulfilled the order already.

I was helped by Dale & he took his time walking me through all the steps. V

Needed help with initial listing and Adrian was very helpful and had it sorted in a couple of minutes and now set up correctly and published to eBay.

Easy to navigate, inventory and product details are syncing well. Since we've used the app, it is so much easier to manage products and orders. Customer service is very helpful and responsive. It will only take you a second before they answer.
