Highly Recommended – Excellent Customer Support!
Anytime I’ve run into an issue or had a question, the support team has been quick to respond, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They genuinely care about resolving problems and making sure users have a smooth experience.
Whether it was a technical glitch or just needing help navigating a feature, they always followed up until everything was sorted.

eBay works fully as expected.
Etsy is totally broken. Sometimes it doesn’t sync at all, new products can’t be published, and we have to write to support so they publish them manually. Sometimes the description synchronization fails. Variant images are not switchable on the Etsy side.
Category mapping isn't work also and after 6 month no fix!

Etsy is a constant pain. We have exchanged over 80 emails with support. Support does respond and tries to fix things, which is why I give 2 stars and not one.
But offering Etsy as a feature when it hasn’t worked properly for about 6 months or keeps breaking is not fair.

Update from 2 stars to 1 star:

Dec 29: Almost a two months later and a lot of back and forth with support, and this app still does not work properly. There seems to be a cache issue on their backend, or something similar. A chat agent was able to help reveal available products to map, when mapping to Amazon listings. Same issue appeared and new support agents (via email) have no clue how to fix the issue that they other chat agent fixed in 2 min. Looking for recommendations on apps to sync Shopify with Amazon.

Nov 6: The error messaging on listings is beyond vague. With a little explanation and some more UX improvements, this could be a lot easier. Likely will pay for an app that is more thorough.

This app no longer supports Etsy. Support tells me to adjust settings that do not exist. Etsy has been removed as a supported connection.
Update....Ian from support said .....
"Thanks for confirming. Work is on the way to get the readiness_state_id implemented.

Our dev team should release it soon. I'll let you know right away when it does."

Update, never followed through, still does not work with Etsy.

Extremely poor app with numerous bugs. It’s incredibly difficult to push products to Amazon: variants don’t appear, images fail to upload, and random errors occur without explanation. After a full month of trying to use, I seriously doubt whether it will ever work properly. Product uploads repeatedly fail, and despite weeks of trying to get support, I’ve received no meaningful feedback.

The app is what everybody needs to scale a business to the most frequented marketplaces, it works like a charm and the support really responds well to requests for help. I want to especially highlight the name of Mariel R., who fixed an error keeping me from uploading to Amazon and wrote a manual with pictures to help me set up a process to repeat with my other products, pending to be synced to Amazon. Highly recommended.

This app is complete trash!

it doesnt work at all! Some products are imported to Amazon some are not ... nobody can tell why this is. The only thing you hear is, that you should delete the listings and try to import the products again. Soo frustrating to work with bad apps like that!!!

Also, this app is self-service only. So, if you have a problem nobody is willing to take some time to resolve the issue ...

I tried to make the Amazon import work for a 1 1/2 month now ... without success!

This app is an absolute disgrace. Since the beginning of October, the Etsy connection is no longer supported, and nobody can give me any help or solutions. I was left completely in the dark – no warning, no notification, no email. Just cut off without any explanation. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for users. Honestly, even 1 star is far too generous.

Very useful app for integration with eBay, customer support are also very helpful with any questions that are asked. Bernadeth assisted me with some pricing issues I was trying to fix and was amazing!
