I use this for eBay and it is pretty buggy. I estimate I have to create a ticket with support monthly for bugs. Resolving the errors always involves me fixing the bugs which takes up my time despite them being issues with the app. For $29 a month it is way overpriced
App. poco pratica interfaccia confusionale, la traduzione in lingua italiana ha funzionato fino ad ora e solo per quanto riguarda il menù e le impostazioni per quanto riguarda la pagina di modifica di un'inserzione a caso la lingua è stata sempre in inglese, ma adesso tutta l'app è solo in lingua inglese, la sincronizzazione degli ordini non sempre funziona per quanto riguarda la spedizione soprattutto per chi usa ebay spedizioni!

Standard so-so, Shopify-built app that reminds me of Shopify Flow. It does some things but not the things you want.
*Update. They added Metafields! Now performance has gone into the toilet. For stores with large product selections this app absolutely crawls. Or maybe it just crawls for everyone.
Still a two-star for other reasons.
* You can't sell products to multiple platforms from one place. Not even to Amazon in the US and Canada. Managing a dozen products one platform at a time is possible. But not hundreds. Definitely not thousands.
* You can't even tag products that are selling on one platform so that you can easily list them on another.
* It doesn't integrate with Shopify Flow so you can't use workflows to do either of the jobs above.
Adequate. But in the world of AI you can't help but think someone could build something better than this in a few weeks.
Works fine for ebay but not Amazon. I've been put through the wringer with this company and have been with them for 12 months so it's not a knee jerk reaction but MarketPlace Connect simply does not do what it says.
I keep being told developers are looking into it but it's not solved. I don't believe they have the technical skills because simple listings do not sync with Amazon and are stuck in publishing mode. I've waited 2 months for this to be sorted but run out of patience. I absolutely do not recommend this app for Amazon syncing.
The App works but beware despite turning off "Import Orders" (which Shopify explicitly say is the only chargeable part of the app) Shopify began charging me significant amounts, going against their own terms and conditions, and without my permission.
I was not importing orders, just syncing product inventory to our Amazon account (which is a significant size now). They decided to start charging us a fee for all our Amazon orders completely unrelated to anything Marketplace connect.
My money is still being held although apparently the billing team are looking into it but it does not seem to be going anywhere.
Can only be used on laptop/desktop (not through the Shopify App). Difficult to navigate and overly complicated. Runs very slowly and takes a while for new products to appear in listing results. New products must be manually updated (no auto-transfer). Screen recordings aren't supported by support chat system. But support is 24/7, responds to initial message quickly, willing to Google Meet/screen share, and answers questions effectively. The support team is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of just 1 star. I've been using the Shuttle app for over a year, and even though it costs $5 per month, it's soooo much better!
Support was slow, Ebay Template didn't sync to our Ebay store so we ended up paying someone else to manually fix the issue. This was after weeks of waiting and the issue being 'escalated to the team'. Not a great experience tbh.
I wanted to give this app a great review as I was excited to get my products connected with my Etsy store.
However now that's it's connected and I have spent many hours making sure the titles and products ingredients and categories, tags etc are set up as necessary.
EVERY TIME a product is sold on my shopify store it goes back and overwrites the details I have updated on Etsy. The connection I required was simply to update the quantity.
They should offer this as an option - only update the quantity when checking the shopify site for updates.
The import orders' channel field is blank for Amazon-AU orders.
Edit: Since shopify acquired the app, I don't think it is developing its function as required as previously, and everytime there is an update to the features which impacts operation, we do not get update.
Probably it is time to find another app to do the same job
