Slow support.
Engineers are unable to fix faulty images issues on Ebay for 1year+
Plenty of minor issues and bugs. But possible to list items, yet not ideal. Improvements come slowly in development

Ich gebe hier 5 Sterne für das Supportservice, besonders für Mark. L, weil er viel Geduld gezeigt hat. Aber die App war nicht einfach und hat lange gedauert bis ich alle Produkte verlinkt habe. Da sie keine klare Fehlermeldung gegeben haben, und nicht alles geklärt haben.

While I have found this a little challenging to use, as soon as I reach out for help the support is great! Clear information and instructions that solve my problem AND improve my skills at the same time.

The app works and does its job, but hell its slow!

Very good, sometimes its hard to debug issues on your own but customer support is very quick and effective.

Intuitive to learn at the start, and consistent once you learn the process.

Using PIMs across my career, it is nice to have a native app in Shopify that provides you with similar control of your products and how they display on top online Marketplaces. Easy setup, Marketplace syndication, and activation.
