Didn't work for me.

1- Product linking was inaccurate more often than not. This was the case, even though I only linked such products marked with 'high confidence'. Orders with wrongly linked products could not be altered.

2- Repeat customers were not recognized due to alternate naming and I had to manually link such customers each time.

3- Fulfillment would not translate back into the eBay platform.

The App might work for you if you are setting up a new store and intend to push the products to various platforms.

For me, this App has created more problems for me than it solved. Support seemed not keen. So I deleted the App on my part, hoping that this will solve my problems. Particularly disappointed.

Spent 2 hours on chat to find out why the app dropped my prices on ebay without me making any changes to the settings, consequently I am out of pocket by about 250 euros due to sales taking place at the reduced prices. And they say they cannot see why it happened but it must be beacuse I instructed the app to do it, when I had not even been on the app.

We really wanted to use this app for managing Amazon, Walmart etc, however unfortunately, despite our best efforts to configure this app properly and to reach out to Support a few times by chat, email etc, there has been no response and this app did not work for us. We wanted this to work and got commitments for a zoom walkthrough etc, however, no one ever returned our messages or emails and the interface and functionality really aren't where it needs to be.

After installing to address the removal walmart market place, the application took over my etsy store. After hours on support with shopify, marketplace was removed. Unfortunately, it has removed my ability to manage Etsy and all listings that have been in place for years. Even Etsy said they could not revert the changes.

Save yourself time/money and just manage the platforms directly.

Attention Etsy sellers! We advise you to avoid using this application, especially if you have a large Etsy catalog. It is important to note that this application does not fully integrate your Shopify store into Etsy. If you already have Etsy listings, this application will erase information that is not mapped, which can lead to the suspension of your Etsy store. Unfortunately, there is currently no solution to fix this issue. Therefore, we recommend using an alternative solution to avoid having to manually rebuild all your Etsy listings.

Was hopping that now this was part of the Shopify family the app would improve they never mind taking the subscription fees but it’s very slow at loading. It has problems with categories, pictures and barcodes sinking between eBay and shopify. Customer services are quick to answer but have limited knowledge so it then takes many conversations backwards and forwards and we are still waiting for issues to be resolved.

I have so many problems with this app I wouldn't know where to begin. If you are looking to link any amount of high volume to eBay I would not recommend this app. Put simply, it doesn't work. Constant upload issues, and recently products not being able to be uploaded to eBay at all are what made me decide to delete this app and try something new. I tried contacting support multiple times and I was essentially told that no one knew what the issue was and there's no way to fix it. Not a good solution for any business with more than 100 SKUs

Was always buggy and slow (as Codisto) but now its moved to Marketplace Connect the App is just awful and we have uninstalled as its just unusable.

UPDATE October 11, 2024:
DO NOT USE FOR AMAZON. YOU WILL REGRET IT! I have been using this app for a while, and I understand how it works pretty well. It's the most inconsistent piece of junk I have used. I cannot believe it's owned by Shopify. Here's why:

1. It's an absolute nightmare to list product with variations on Amazon. Items frequently get listed wrong with variations all split up for no apparent reason. I can have several items in the same category with the EXACT SAME settings, and not all of them get listed correctly. It's an inconsistency nightmare of having to remove offers from Amazon, delete ASINS, and re-list over and over until it works.

2. Inventory does not get synced when an order is created, only when it is fulfilled. That means if multiple sales come in a short span of time before you actually fulfill them, your stock will be out of wack and you will oversell.

UPDATE 11/24/24: A bug in the program has erased all the Amazon product category mapping/settings out of nowhere that I spent a lot of time customizing, affecting all my listings that has been previously working. Still the same bug from my previous update.

UPDATE 11/20/23: It's been several days since a bug in the program that affects apparel products has caused all of my listings disconnect. None of my Amazon listings work.

REVIEW: Powerful app, great customer support, but very difficult to use and full of bugs that break the app and cost you hours.

I was very excited about using this app to list my clothing products on Amazon. Sometimes this has worked well, but the problem is how difficult it is to use and all the bugs that keep popping up breaking things. When trying to list, there is a lot of hidden information about fields the app doesn't tell you about. You are not really guided on what fields are required, what fields are hidden or visible between the single and bulk edit mode. It’s impossible to list without the help of customer support, but they are there to help you and do a good job.

Amazon change, update and continually make it difficult for their merchants to list products. Our support team has extensive knowledge on most of the errors that Amazon returns and will always offer assistance until resolved.

Die App ist nicht wirklich zu empfehlen, sie ist sehr langsam und übermitteln von den ausgewählten Produkten willkürlich irgendwelche. Manchmal von 100 ausgewählten gar kein, manchmal 10 manchmal alle. Es werde auch keine Fehler angezeigt.
