Robust app with very good support. The ability to export everything in the XpressGrid to a csv or xlsx would make the world of difference.
Update 17/01/23: I've just been asked if I mind updating my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. The app does everything it claims, and it does it well. So I've updated my rating as requested. Don't assume you can export from the XpressGrid to a csv or xlsx or import anything.

We're glad you find our app robust! Our support team is available anytime, please reach out. The option to export currently conflicts with Shopify being our source of truth, but certainly a feature in the discussion.

Very patient and competent.
I had a range of questions, sometimes not worded well, but he knew what the issue was and helped me out.
Great application that really helps us with our Amazon listings. Jason D has been particularly helpful.
Great app for linking to eBay. Their support is great, and they are quick to respond. Whenever we have questions or issues, they get back to us immediately via their chat support.
The support team was very helpful. I had a general misunderstanding of the interface and they managed to answer most of my questions with one email. I managed to sync my listings! thank you

This app has been a significant time-saver with managing my inventory (i.e., the ability to bulk update) and post to multiple marketplaces is awesome. The support staff is has been great at helping me resolve my questions quickly. The support team provides easy to follow instructions. I've tried a lot of tools and this one is by far, the best I've tried. I would recommend this app for anyone needing to manage products individually or in bulk.
It does not respect inventory rules or quantity. I keep getting orders for items that have been sold out or that are in locations that do not support online store selling. I have tried getting a solution from their support team and have waited for 3 months for a solution and they have stopped replying to me. I am a software engineer and understand why the inventory system is failing, and have explained to them in detail the use cases how to fix this. They have yet to get back to me since January. @Shopify can you find a better partner to fulfill marketplace connections or develop it yourselves?
