Mark was brilliant today, we could not link my Etsy product inventory with Shopify and he was super quick and confident in fixing this for us!

Excellent ! The auto upload makes it really convenient and the gui on screen is easy to use. I will teach my robot to do it.

The app works kind of ok but it has some very serious issues.
I have 2 Shopify stores and 2 eBay stores, the issues im having are across both stores so its not a localised issue or settings, its the app thats faulty.

It creates return policies and assigns listings to it automatically
It creates shipping policies and assigns listings to it automatically

I have to check daily and reassign listings to the correct eBay business policies and the next day the app has assigned other listings to policies it created all by itself.

Support are nice but apparently blocked by back end engineers or something, Its been months of back and forth emails with no solution - however they're more than happy to take my monthly fee for an app thats not working as advertised

I used the app to list my products on eBay. The installation steps are quite easy. I enjoyed the ease of it recognising my inventory details and easily importing it into the app. I equally like the ease of setting the shipment for my products. I set the category for my product to be set automatically on eBay. However, I do not the category my products are automatically listed on is appropriate for my product.

Auto categorization uses a machine learning algorithm to find the most appropriate category for products. The algorithm continually improves results but it is unlikely it will ever be 100% accurate for all merchants on all products.

The auto categorization feature is designed to make it easy for merchants to list thousands of products quickly without having to painstakingly categorize each product. Most merchants find it delivers a high degree of accuracy even if it's not perfect.

The important point to note is it's generally much easier to re-categorize those products that aren't correct than it is to categorize every product prior to listing.

You can of course manually categorize (in bulk) prior to listing (this works well if you have a product catalog that only need categorizing into a few categories).

I found the customer service to be exemplary. They are super quick to reply by e-mail to a help ticket or question, and quick to resolve some of the issues we were having as a beginner.

I mainly use this app for Amazon and eBay to list the products from my Shopify store. Customer service is awesome they usually answer within a few hours and the app, once it is learned saves me so much time definitely five stars!

Honestly any bad reviews on here are due to user error. Yeah it takes time to learn any new software. But if you put the time in to learn it in to use it I will definitely pay off at the end.

I've tried a few other ones and this is by far the one that you must use if you want to list on both sites... you will save so much time, trust me :-)

UPDATE 11/24/24: A bug in the program has erased all the Amazon product category mapping/settings out of nowhere that I spent a lot of time customizing, affecting all my listings that has been previously working. Still the same bug from my previous update.

UPDATE 11/20/23: It's been several days since a bug in the program that affects apparel products has caused all of my listings disconnect. None of my Amazon listings work.

REVIEW: Powerful app, great customer support, but very difficult to use and full of bugs that break the app and cost you hours.

I was very excited about using this app to list my clothing products on Amazon. Sometimes this has worked well, but the problem is how difficult it is to use and all the bugs that keep popping up breaking things. When trying to list, there is a lot of hidden information about fields the app doesn't tell you about. You are not really guided on what fields are required, what fields are hidden or visible between the single and bulk edit mode. It’s impossible to list without the help of customer support, but they are there to help you and do a good job.
