Shopify Marketplace Connect

Thanks for your help today in listing my products in the Shopify Marketplace Connect.

Great app. Very easy to connect the marketplace platforms and start selling. It would be great if they can add more marketplace in their list.

App is terrible. Sync a marketplace, setup all the options and it diappears. While connected it did not sync a quarter of my listings. Not worth the time especially if you have a big catalog.

They offer great support however the categories are quite confusing to setup and attributes are not exactly similar to Amazon. It would help if there was a detailed guide or info bullets. Also preset values would be of great help. You will need some assistance if you want to sync products to Amazon. The app does publishes faster than if you would directly publish on Amazon.

I just added a couple of my products to Ebay. Needed a little help from support and they were great dealing with me. I am just so not tech savvy, so if I can do it with no tears, this is a perfect app for everyone/anyone wanting products on Ebay. Very happy!

support is super helpful...selling on Amazon isn't easy

I would definitely NOT recommend this app! It is NOT user friendly. The support was crappy and did not help at all. Will be using other apps instead. Shopify should ensure support is alot better and the app easier to use. It just did not work for me. Very disappointing.
