Numerous issues arose a month ago using with eBay and haven't been fixed and with no timeframe.

Patient and very helpful. I received great help today!

This ap has just randomly stopped working with no word from the developer. What used to be an awesome ap has turned into a nightmare.

The order was not imported, so the customer service staff fixed it manually.

App has a bit of a learning curve to it, some unique logic going on, but it has been quite robust, and their dedicated support team is fast, kind, and efficient!

Rain was quick to help, and resolved one issue and gave me an update on the other.

I always had a great experience with the support team every time I have issues. The service I received was excellent. They were professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the whole process. My issue was handled efficiently, and everything was explained clearly. I really appreciate the time and effort they took to assist me. Excellent customer service and highly recommended!
