I've been having issues with integrating my Shopify store across to Amazon. This app worked well to get my store across to Ebay and Google, but Amazon is a more complicated beast. Jae at Codisto has been great fixing some issues I had with SKU's and UPC's so I'll be jumping back into Shopify Marketplace to have another attempt at listing on Amazon. Thanks Jae for the help and advice.
App is good but not as easy to use as i first thought. Would be great to upload a CSV file to list items. We have many items on Shopify that we don't want on Amazon and this has caused lots of time consuming issues.

We use your Shopify as your source of truth so we sync items rather than uploading them via CSV file. We have a bulk edit option where you have control over the items you wish to list on Amazon. Our support team are available 24/7 please reach out anytime!

Revised!
The original Codisto app was a 5 Star or higher. When Marketplace took this over they completely changed all the functionality around and took certain options out that brought this app backwards.
They allowed us to revert back to the original app, which if you liked over this new version I would highly suggest requesting that while they play around with this new platform.
We moved this from 1 star to 4 since they moved us back to the original interface and will move it to 5 when they can fix the new app.

Had some issues but they are currently working diligently to resolve the oversell issues. We were very happy with the onboarding , had some oversell issues that we now know are due to our volume and the lag between Amazon and problematic order payments on the Amazon side.

I like using the Shopify Marketplace Connect app however when I have variants in 1 product listing, the Marketplace Connect app combines the quantities for each variant instead of separately in my Amazon and Walmart store.
Ex.
Shopify Store- Shirt
1 Small
2 Medium
0 Large
2 XLarge
but my Amazon/Walmart store will show a combined total of 5 instead of their respective quantity amount like below
5 Small
5 Medium
5 Large
5 XLarge
So then a customer will buy a Large even though my inventory is 0. This needs to be resolved immediately.
The app seems a little slow in loading and a tad complicated to set up, but it's easier once you know how things work. I had a good experience with support helping me and could immediately jump on a call with them. 5* customer service.
Great customer service. The team is always quick to help with any questions or issues. My only feedback for Codisto is that the app is currently priced too high. There needs to be more affordable pricing options for small businesses. Happy to provide more feedback to Codisto if they reach out. Thank you.
Amazon not so much but good in other areas.

One final amendment. The staff helping at Codisto is terrific. Keeping one point off since the niche I am in does not show all the details that can be entered on eBay and it is likely that the account is losing some sales due to that. There are a number of options to be filled out if on the site that help items to come up in search that simply aren't there in the software used by Codisto. Overall, once the system is learned it does what it is supposed to do.
Amending this from two to three stars. As soon as I left this review I received a phone call from a shift leader at Codisto. He offered to help me, which he just did through a teams meeting. He was able to see why I was so frustrated at the time it took to list anything and the fact that inventory levels were not updating from Shopify to eBay. He found a solution that he is still implementing. I am hopeful it will work and that I will be amending this higher. Their help, I must say, is very good. ------------------------------- I trialed this. I really wanted to like it. I switched to it from the soon to be retired eBay channel. The help is good so I didn't give it a 1, but the execution of the product not so much. Also, related to the help, they ask you to leave a five star review on the app store almost every time you interact with them so take all the highly rated reviews with a grain of salt. My items didn't pull into eBay correctly which means I was going through one by one to see if they were truly linked correctly or not. I figured one time issue and I could deal, but it would have cost me many hours of extra work. I had to end items on eBay and re-add them. Items are extremely slow to list from one platform to another. My final straw was seeing an item on eBay that I knew had sold previously that day. It had been five hours already and there was no update to inventory. I need something more responsive for inventory levels to avoid sell outs.
Great apps. you need a couple of days to understand it all. Chat support is wonderful when you need help. Very quick to get the help you need!
