The help desk was very responsive and immediately solved any issues.
I am happy with this app it is vey helpful.

Absolutely No Support. App is not functioning and they won't work to find out why. Please see the following 'support":

Easy and quick to set up and the support team are quick and very helpful. Very useful to add both Amazon and ebay to shopify whilst tracking sales and inventory.

Once you learn this app it is invaluable! Saves so much time,and keep all the channels very well organized. Plus their customer service is always there to help! A competitive app we used was not good. Codisto is the way to go in our view!!!

This app is more stable than Channel Unity and simpler to use than Linnworks. Its the best of the three. The support is the best of the three also. CHannel Unity got snotty with us and even though we paid for chat support, they made us put all our issues onto tickets. Linn was so complicated it was 6 months before we got it working properly.

Not the cheapest platform available but you pay for what you get.

This is the perfect platform to connect to marketplaces with ease, I have tried others which where cheaper and nothing but a headache. When it comes to data and your site the last thing you want is problems.

I'd highly recommend Codisto for eBay store management. I've tried most of the third party apps, and Codisto is streets ahead. Their customer service is excellent and they are always willing to help.
