I've been using Marketplace Connect to publish products to Etsy and eBay, as well as to sync inventory with Amazon, and overall, it's been a great experience. The app is free and easy to work with, making it a valuable tool for managing multiple sales channels.
The support team is excellent—Adrian, in particular, was very helpful in quickly resolving issues. Live chat support is fast, with almost no waiting time, which is a huge plus. The team is professional and responsive, making the process much smoother.
There are some areas for improvement, such as reducing the long wait times for Etsy listings pages to open and adding more options to the bulk edit tool. However, despite these minor drawbacks, Marketplace Connect is a solid choice for sellers looking to streamline their inventory and listings across multiple platforms.
Unfortunately this app doesn't work for medium sized sku counts, and and above.
I have been trying for a few weeks to get the listing to synchronise from Shopify into the app, speaking with the support team, but this keep failing with various backend errors. There appears to be no initative to fix this or provide support - all I get is responses that say they can;t tell me when they will resolve this.
This all seems pretty fundamentally lacking to me.
I am afraid I cannot recommend a system that is this unreliable. We will have to use an alternative solution.
What's the point of this app if you own a store in Canada?
Link it with Wal-Mart, Target, Ebay, Amazon, etc. in Canada!
Nope, the services available on this crappy app are not available in Canada, and they have no time frame for that availability.
Now you'll need search around on the craptacular app store to find an app that will give you the ability to sell on these platforms, forcing you to pay a middleman that literally just stands there opening and closing a gate.
Thanks Shopify! you truly are the worst.
Thank you for your feedback,
Amazon, eBay and Etsy are all available globally, please reach out to our support team if you are experiencing issues with these marketplaces.
Walmart is available in the US presently, Canada is on our roadmap and Target requires a US registered account.

Update 1/24/25: I wish i could go negative stars, I have reached back out and now we are supposed to re add items that their team has removed in the file. To me they have no idea what they are talking about as we are just running in circles at this point. Each day is a new person that does not read the issues and we have to explain the issue again. At this point they are throwing crap on the wall to see if it sticks. I would stay for away from this app.
Original: By far the worst app i have used. it's a 50/50 shot of even getting it to load. Filled with errors. 5+ hours with support and still at square one with them only saying "Walmart API Issues" Does not seem to have the accontability that needs to be there for a successful app. I would take positive reviews with a grain of salt and explore even paid options that might work better.
Thanks for your feedback,
We have reached out to assist with your GTIN which will resolve the issues you are seeing.

This is the best Shopify-to-eBay listing tool I’ve found so far, especially for its mapping feature. The CX team is professional and provided excellent support via live chat with almost no waiting time.
This app doesn't provide anywhere close to what you'd need to implement these integrations smoothly... Barely any proper mapping, import, or export tools for products.
EDIT: In response to the below comment, I would gladly delete this review if I'm wrong. I have been back and forth with your support, and they have told me specifically "The Color and Size variations from Shopify won't sync" and "need to be manually entered". To expect users to manually enter data that already exists in Shopify is simply not using it as "the source of truth" as claimed. Variant options like color and size are critical for the apparel industry and are going to be required for virtually every marketplace integration and the data is literally already in Shopify, but the app won't map it.
Thank you for your feedback,
Your Shopify Catalog is the source of truth so no requirement to import directly into Marketplace Connect.
We have our bulk edit screen to manage updating multiple listings and our support team is available 24/7.

Update:
The support helped me a lot and was very patient with me. It seems they could fix the problem and did lot of manual changes for me so I don’t need to do.
I changed the star rates therefore.
Bulk orders dont work. Some tags I can set, other not. Support can´t give a solution. So I need to check every change I made in see if it works. Manually. And for half of the products I still didnt figure out how to bulk order easy things like tags. I need to configure this manually on the marketplace... annoying.
Impossible for us to use when variants on our Shopify products have to be mapped to variants on eBay, but eBay categories we sell under don't support variations. Support was not able to help us.
Thanks for your feedback,
We understand there are some limitations on eBay where certain categories do not support variations. An option to alter the category can often fix this, we have reached out directly to offer further support.

I only use eBay and Etsy right now but eBay cross-listing has been the best thing ever. I REALLY hope that Codisto and Shopify are able to add more retailers like Poshmark, Mercari, Grailed etc... for us 2nd hand resellers. Overall the eBay app is FANTASTIC! With it being fully integrated, the titles, inventory, pricing, and it being listed on eBay update so fast. I think this is the biggest gamechanger to Shopify compared to other platforms.
Etsy on the otherhand is a great experience but can sometimes send the wrong info (like the wrong picture in the shopify order). OR sometimes never updated the inventory properly.
I will be utilizing Walmart, Target, and Amazon soon once I start selling my own branded stuff. No matter what business you are, you should be cross listing! Literally, if you don't think it belongs on Etsy cause its "not handmade", who cares! List it!
This was a fantastic app when we first started, but as our SKUs grew the app's limitations started to show. We have had major issues with the app randomly changing stock levels to zero and delisting 4000 items. Ive reached out to customer support 20 times and nobody is able to figure it out and even was told at one point I should use another option. Seems like this is a great option if you have low expectations and a small inventory. Disappointing.
