Very complicated app as you can expect, but the customer support is top tier, clear communication, everyone I have spoken to seems to know exactly how to resolve issues, much better than other app support than I am used to. Joshua was particularly great.

While I have found this a little challenging to use, as soon as I reach out for help the support is great! Clear information and instructions that solve my problem AND improve my skills at the same time.

Marketplace Connect (Codisto) is a system that I am happy to review and give 5 stars to - but what I will say is that this could have EASILY been a 1 star.

Here's the thing, if you use the system with existing listings like I did, you are almost certainly going to have the odd issue that makes no sense. You are also going to tear your hair out trying to fix it.

But that’s where support comes in. Live chat is one of the best I have dealt with. Mark L (who I was very grumpy with to start), Mark M, and today Michael have been outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble, nothing is a silly question, and I can’t fault the support.

So here is my review. If everything works great out of the box, that's brilliant - but if you need help, then just ask.

You will NOT be disappointed.
