Customer Service was great when I was having channels issues and I have been able to uploaded over 1,000 products and sync them to multiple channels in next to no time.

C'est lent, c'est lent et tres difficile de synchroniser avec les template. Jamais reussis Mais Shopify est tellement bon et perfectioniste,ainsi que transparent. Ils m'ont repondu qu'il le save et qu'il travaill sur ca ! Ils viennent d'acquerir codisto , faut leur laisser le temps de mettres leur competence ! je mets 5 etoiles pour leur transparence et deja, s est amelioré chaque semaine on vois la difference en plusieurs point ! Shopify vous me surprenez de jours en jours !

Very easy to use and excellent customer support. Has saved me a ton of time vs doing a manual upload to Amazon or eBay. Very efficient app.
I just started selling on Amazon recently and learning how to use Amazon Seller Central has been difficult to say the least. Editing, publishing, managing products and orders in Marketplace Connect has been much much easier and much quicker than working in Seller Central. Shopify Marketplace Connect has simplified my workflow greatly!
I am a new customer of this application and I was so impressed with the customer support and by app itself what it can do.
I have to say that we are in the 30 Day Trial period and when we need help to set it up ... Customer support was just a min away.
I had few question during the setup process and was chatting with Larry Codisto's Technical Support, There were more questions and I asked if I can talk to anyone over the phone so I don't have to do a lot of typing... I was pleasantly surprised a min later I was on the phone with Robert who helped me with the configuration answered all the question and scheduled follow up with me for the next few days.
That's an awesome and incredible customer Service!!!

used messenger to get help about updating the condition of my items on ebay. John did a good job answering my questions, even sent me screen shots to help.
This app has saved me a lot of stress within a very short period. Still on my 30 days trial period but I am definitely going to buy when my trial period ends. Customer service was very prompt in solving my problem. Finally, I got what I really want for my eCommerce biz after.
We are in business for unique collectibles with approx 10.000 products listing on different Marketplaces. I can highly recommend the Codisto App which should be your option if you like to synchronize and sell your products on different marketplaces. Although our unusual business model need GTIN exemption on all items we had been able with the incredible support to manage to use this great APP which give increase our business strongly and is worth every penny. I could not higher recommend this App and particular support as 5* are too less. No doubt this Shopify App was the best choice we did so far ! Thank you very much !
I tried all of the Shopify to Ebay feed apps. This is by far the best: it's in a different league and the entry level package meets all my needs as someone who lists 200 products on a seasonal basis.
The interface is logical and packed with features which you can access all from the same screen. It is intuitive and easy to list lots of products at once, or customise titles/descriptions for Ebay. The template needed a little tweaking to get my logo right, but nothing difficult. It syncs in real time and is incredibly responsive to changes. I used to dread loading new products through the old feed app - it had an obsession with product mapping on products in the shopify store that you had no intention of listing and weren't loading. There was a refresh button that didn't update the sync and a rebuild button that did, but you had to do it all the time if you had made a change to a shopify product. As you were listing a couple of products in one (correctly mapped) category, it would give large error messages about other store products you hadn't even brought into the product listing area. It stopped allowing the customisation of descriptions within the app, so I had to write my shopify product descriptions as if they were going on Ebay. The template was basic, no variations, no useful vendor info included. Error messages EVERY time about Returns Policy even though mine is the default Ebay one. Error messages on every listing for photos if it included a supplier logo - as they are often less than 500px. Aghh, I hated it and the support couldn't care less and they hadn't improved the app in a year. If fact it got worse.
Now it takes a minute to list items and the support is fast. They actually answer the question you raise with accuracy and know their stuff.
