Shocking support, the app does not work and has bugs that prevents products being listed on Amazon. How they can charge you for something their app simply cannot deliver.

App fails to sync stock correctly with eBay, due to this I've now missed out on THOUSANDS of pounds of revenue due to the customer service not being able to effectively assist in solving the issues we're facing.

Diese App funktioniert bei mir nicht, egal welchen Browser ich verwende (Chrome, Safari oder Edge) Für mich leider nur Zeitverschwendung und kein nutzen.

Ebay: Verbindung zu meinem Account konnte hergestellt werden, jedoch wurden meine Produkte nicht übernommen mit uneindeutigen Fehlermeldungen.

Amazon: Hier hat die Verbindung zu meinem Account überhaupt nicht funktioniert.

I had to change my review, as the Shopify Marketplace Connect support are unable to resolve an issue with their app not being able to submit our listings to the Walmart Marketplace. Their support team gave me the runaround trying random configurations in the Shopify Marketplace Connect app before informing me that "listing your items on the Walmart Marketplace is not their problem and reach out to Walmart Marketplace support resolve the issue". Listing items on the Walmart Marketplace was not a problem until I installed the Shopify Marketplace Connect app. Now we are unable to list our products in a marketplace, as the Shopify Marketplace Connect app corrupted our ability on the Walmart Marketplace to do so. Beware before installing this app, as it will negatively affect your business and support will be unknowledgeable and unwilling to assist you!

This is the worst app I have ever used to connect two marketplaces. They forced us to leave codisto and use this app but it has so many errors and is incredibly slow to load content. It also can take 48 hours for our listings to update on Amazon. We will make a listing active and set a new price and inventory quantity and it will become active on Amazon immediately, but the pricing and inventory will not update for days afterward. I have had to manually go into seller central and change prices and inventory there. So what is the point of this app? If we had any other choice, we would not use this.

All these months later and I am coming back to say that this app has not improved at all. We have the hardest time managing our Amazon listings and have been getting non-stop error messages saying that our listings do not exist on seller central, but they simply do. Support is non-existent. They will just tell you it's Amazons fault, not theirs.

Coming back a third time to report that orders will occasionally not import from Amazon. We will not realize this mistake until after the shipping deadline, impacting our account health. This app will put you at risk for deactivation of your seller central account. Be warned!

Be careful!! This app is not written well and you can easily list everything from your shopify website. I accidently listed over 4000 items and eBay billed my £1500 in listing fees!!!

Needs work and pages set up.

We had so many issues with syncing to Etsy and lack of good support we have moved to Woocommerce. When shopify updated, it changed all our listings from LBs to grams... and removed the weight from our Etsy store completely. The support had us unlist everything and list it back, which cost us money... plus HOURS to try and fix everything. Their solution was to change our Shopify Marketplace listings to grams. It then caused our Etsy store to believe we were overseas, which then caused a whole other issue for us. This has been the worst!

Horrible app. Does not sync to Walmart and customer support gives you the run around.

Se sei un venditore professionale con inserzioni ebay on line da molto tempo, questa app è assolutamente da evitare.
Problemi con il match dei prodotti su shopify. Stabilito che hai bisogno di copiare tutti i dati delle vecchie inserzioni da ebay si attiva un bug e quindi l'app importa un sacco di dati sbagliati, Prezzi dei prodotti con varianti, dettagli di prodotto, ecc. Un vero delirio senza soluzione. Dopo due settimane di segnalazioni nulla è risolto.
Se utilizzi il prezzo fisso per le inserzioni rischi di trovarti con oltre 200 inserzioni salvate con i prezzi a 0. Se provi a salvare tutti i prezzi da capo, uno per uno perché l'app non ha un sistema di import, ti ritroverai di nuovo i prezzi a zero il giorno dopo.
L'assistenza dice che l'errore è il nostro. Peccato che le istruzioni ce le abbiamo date loro e noi sicuramente non salviamo i prezzi con valore 0.
Per concludere, dopo un mese dall'installazione ancora non siamo riusciti a mandare on line in modo regolare le nostre inserzioni su ebay perdendo un sacco di vendite ed avendo perso un tempo inestimabile.

This app has, unfortunately, done nothing but completely mess up all my eBay listings repeatedly. I have SKUs set for every single variation, but it's still overwriting my listings somehow with outdated, incorrect information. I've had to cancel several orders because buyers purchased from these incorrect listings and I would have had to fulfill orders at a loss. I really can't recommend this to anyone.
