I have installed it like 3 weeks ago and I have to say that this solution is just great. Very easy to connect any marketplace and list products there. I had respect for marketplaces but with this solution it is easier than 2+2 :) Customer support was just professional and freaking fast.
This app is one of the best ways to get into many marketplaces all from the convenience of one website(your own). The customer service is there to help and the platform allows for you to get into the places where your customers are already looking. Paid traffic seems secondary when you have the power to put your product in front of your customers in the marketplace they are already looking. Omni-channel sales, let's do this!
So far i´ve been having a great experience with them! Deff worth it! Amazon team don´t really know what they are doing half the time lol so when i contacted their support they really didn´t know how to help but marketplace connect has been there for me since day one helping me out and troubleshooting everything. Their great costumer service defiantly worth it! Oh and their customer service is also 24/hrs. Their team is amazing! Thanks again
The app is great and super detailed but the best thing about the app is the customer service. I am telling you, ask a question, get an answer! That's the way it should be. This team is amazing and I am in and out with 15 minutes. Love it. Use it. Download it.
Carlo was the best person I've ever talked to! Every other rep has been very difficult to talk to, not understanding my issues. Carlo was patient, took his time to help, and finally solved our problems after months of being on support chats. THANK YOU so much!!!!
The only app I will use! But it needs to have its chatbox much bigger because its currently hard to scroll without running thru the entire conversation which is very annoying as ive said this over and over since last year! other than that great appp and awesome staff!!
I spoke to Jeff as i wanted to unlink a product which I thought was being sold on one platform and being fulfilled via another - turns out it wasn't and Jeff very patiently explained this to me. He also helped me with settings where I had different prices showing on each of the platforms and explained how to rectify this. He was a delight to deal with, explained things in a way that I understood while, educating me in this brand new world of e-commerce! Thank you very much Jeff, it was a pleasure to talk to you today and I appreciate your patience and guidance
I have only been using this for a few days and one thing that has impressed me the most is the level of customer service. EVERY member of staff has been able to answer my questions with ease (and patience!), if they have not been able to answer they go away for a matter of minutes and come back with an answer. 90% of having an app is the support and these guys know how to do support!
Great support staff. This app is very easy to use and set up and if you have issues their support staff is extremely helpful and take the time to walk you through everything to figure it out.
Joy V. was such a breath of fresh air. The issue I created by trying to upload all my products at the same time on a new account was not apparent to me at the time. Joy V. took a very compassionate approach to letting me know what happened and why I would have to wait five days until Amazon lifted the ban on future uploads from our account. We were not aware of this restriction until now. However, we have learned and can move forward. It was such a joy to have Joy V. lead us down the right path that included the proper classifications for all our product lines. I cannot recommend Joy V. or the support team any higher than the 5 stars...however, we sure would like to.
