Great experience with customer service! Their team is quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Excellent customer experience so far!
This is the worst app I have ever used to connect two marketplaces. They forced us to leave codisto and use this app but it has so many errors and is incredibly slow to load content. It also can take 48 hours for our listings to update on Amazon. We will make a listing active and set a new price and inventory quantity and it will become active on Amazon immediately, but the pricing and inventory will not update for days afterward. I have had to manually go into seller central and change prices and inventory there. So what is the point of this app? If we had any other choice, we would not use this.
Shopify Marketplace Connect enabled us to import our eBay and Walmart marketplace orders into our Shopify store. Setup was easy and straightforward. Configuration of the app was supported by the excellent and knowledgeable Shopify Marketplace Connect team. Thank you Shopify for another amazing app!
Joy V. was such a breath of fresh air. The issue I created by trying to upload all my products at the same time on a new account was not apparent to me at the time. Joy V. took a very compassionate approach to letting me know what happened and why I would have to wait five days until Amazon lifted the ban on future uploads from our account. We were not aware of this restriction until now. However, we have learned and can move forward. It was such a joy to have Joy V. lead us down the right path that included the proper classifications for all our product lines. I cannot recommend Joy V. or the support team any higher than the 5 stars...however, we sure would like to.
Carlo was the best person I've ever talked to! Every other rep has been very difficult to talk to, not understanding my issues. Carlo was patient, took his time to help, and finally solved our problems after months of being on support chats. THANK YOU so much!!!!

I spoke to Jeff as i wanted to unlink a product which I thought was being sold on one platform and being fulfilled via another - turns out it wasn't and Jeff very patiently explained this to me. He also helped me with settings where I had different prices showing on each of the platforms and explained how to rectify this. He was a delight to deal with, explained things in a way that I understood while, educating me in this brand new world of e-commerce! I have only been using this for a few days and one thing that has impressed me the most is the level of customer service. EVERY member of staff has been able to answer my questions with ease (and patience!), if they have not been able to answer they go away for a matter of minutes and come back with an answer. 90% of having an app is the support and these guys know how to do support!
I'm just getting started with this and so far it has been very easy to use. I already had listings on Amazon so this app just linked them all up and I was good to go. It definitely helped that my Amazon listings were already well set-up and established, but I did push one listing to eBay (where there were none) and that was pretty simple too. Needed some questions answered and Dom answered them very quickly. Great support.
