Their Support has become significantly worse recently, specifically "Adrian" who has repeatedly given incorrect advice which reads like it's coming from ChatGPT...
poor support and as you grow eventually it will start to mishandle and not pull things and improperly list as the amount of listings and data grows it gets worse and worse beware it will start well and then ruin your business entirely.
I had an issue with Shopify Marketplace Connect and reached out to live chat for help. Mark assisted me, and he was fantastic! He quickly identified the problem and guided me through the solution step by step. His expertise and friendly attitude made the whole experience stress-free.
