Shopify Marketplace Connect's eBay integration ceased to work last month, and despite week after week of promises from the developer that it would be back, it remains broken with no end in sight.
This app continually loses connection with our store - often within moments of connecting. The help team have escalated the issue to developers/engineers and this has been ongoing for weeks.
We are switching to another provider as we cannot continue with this terrible level of service and support.
The customer service is super inpatient. The inventory sync with eBay is not working for days. I contacted them. The first agent said they have resolved the issue with eBay. But the inventory still not sync... so I reached out again another agent is super inpatient. He basically saying they are still working on it. I asked for a timeline. He said there is no timeline. Well...
