Merchants appreciate this app for its ability to manage inventory and orders across multiple channels like Etsy, eBay, and Amazon directly from Shopify. It is especially effective for syncing with eBay, offering features like bulk edits and HTML customization for listings. While setup can be challenging, the responsive support team is highly valued for quickly resolving issues and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
The recent update to "Marketplace connect" unfortunately has an unusable interface for my company, and we are forced to find another solution.
Their Support has become significantly worse recently, specifically "Adrian" who has repeatedly given incorrect advice which reads like it's coming from ChatGPT...
After the first sync on tracking number failed, you can't re-sync. And there fore you lose that order and penalty on you.
Support is very bad and not willing to solve the problem. They only advise to change tracking and fulfill again, which I did. But they can't do anything about it.
