This app and developer Thomas are both great! We started using this as soon as it was launched because we needed something for us to use with multiple vendors shipping items for us. The app almost worked perfectly out of the box and when we needed some little customisations needed to be added Thomas jumped in and assisted no questions asked. We had the app working exactly as we wanted within two days and we have been using it pretty much daily without issue for quite a while now. We have used it for just under 20,000 orders and it has worked exactly as expected.
I highly recommend Flexible Fulfillment to any small business shop owner looking for a reliable, user-friendly app to manage their vendor fulfillment process. This app is incredibly straightforward and will automate how I communicate with vendors about customer orders and help me track when orders are fulfilled. I couldn’t be happier with the app and the team behind it (shout out to Thomas!).
What really stands out, though, is the team’s communication and customer service. They have been excellent in answering my questions, and when I requested some customizations to the app, they were more than willing to implement them platform-wide. It’s clear that they really care about enhancing their product and providing the best experience possible for their users.
In addition to their excellent service, I appreciate that Flexible Fulfillment is priced right for a small company trying to grow.
Overall, my experience with Flexible Fulfillment has been positive and pleasant, and I highly recommend it to anyone needing a simple, reliable fulfillment app.
Orders are not marked as fulfilled in Shopify when vendor clicks "Mark as shipped"... seems pointless considering its the only thing the app is suppose to do
