Marketplace Connect by Tom IT

I use the app to connect with Bol.com. The app is easy to set up, does exactly what it should, and has excellent stock synchronization. The service for questions or issues is very fast and well handled. In short, I’m very happy and satisfied with the app.

This app does not work. I've downloaded the app, and was never able to see one product from shopify in their app, to upload to Ebay. When I reached out to customer service, they were not there because they're based in europe. So waited till the next day, they were onine, but nobody responded. They finally sent an email stating that they did not had shopify permissions to sync products outside of shopify, so basically shopify is preveting them to operate. Do not choose this app, waste of time and money.

Ich habe von der Shopify eigenen Lösung nun auf diese App gewechselt und bin mehr als glücklich mit der Entscheidung! Wir nutzen sie für Amazon und sie läuft einwandfrei und das wichtigste - man hat einen Support der einem weiterhilft, der Support hilft sofort bei technischen Problemen und geht auch aktiv auf unsere Feature request ein!

Absolute Empfehlung und ein MUSS für alle die Marktplatz Bestellungen wie Amazon importieren wollen :-)

The app runs seamlessly, and the customer service is outstanding. They went above and beyond by developing a custom feature to manage dummy customer emails efficiently. Really impressed with their responsiveness and dedication!

Works most of the time, but is not without failing. Double imported order unfortunately unreverseably impacted analytics in Shopify.

Have it in another store as well, combination with LVB is also not great. Did not get a response on my latest support inquiry either.

Would recommend it as a last resort type app. Probably switching to another solution with a fixed fee per month (cheaper in my case)

We went from Channable @ $400/month to TomIt Marketplace Connect for $40/month. Translation was seamless and smooth. Great service and support; they even implemented a feature request we had after a few days, which makes this app a true no-brainer for connecting your shopify store to amazon and bol.com.

Very useful app which allows you to connect marketplaces with your Shopify store. Support team is great and very quick in their response in case you need any help. Would highly recommend.

Ik gebuik deze app al meer dan een jaar om mijn producten tussen Shopify en Bol te synchroniseren. Orders van Bol komen automatisch binnen bij Shopify om ze af te handelen. De voorraad wordt ook automatisch aangepast. Erg blij met deze app!
