Leider gibt es Probleme bei der Anbindung der Zahlungsmethoden. Obwohl die Daten korrekt sind, werden Zahlungen teilweise nicht ausgeführt. Das hat mich bereits einige Bestellungen und damit Kunden gekostet. Bitte dringend verbessern – ansonsten ist die App vom Konzept her eigentlich stark.
Der Anschluss der App an den shopify Shop ist sehr einfach und die Bedienung der App ist selbsterklärend.
Die Abwicklung erfolgt reibungslos und die Abrechnung erfolgt ohne Beanstandung.
Die Lieferzeiten sind kurz und nur zu Stoßzeiten gibt es mal etwas längere Lieferzeiten, diese werden aber vorab kommuniziert.
