Great help! Very quick and efficient. Really enjoy working with John and the other friendly staff from the support team.
Marsello's service is amazing in particular Rohelle Treymane, she is so efficient and helpful with outstanding follow up emails. Her service couldn't be better! Everyone is very helpful, product is great and they actually develop many of our suggestions! Keep it up!

I have used a few marketing Apps over the years, but Marsello is different and by far the best I have found - Ease of use - Segmentation - Loyalty rewards and more the list goes on.
I have a Bicycle store and being focused on service I have found that over time now customers are coming back and asking for their loyalty points to be redeemed for our Free services.
All I can say is try Marsello ! it works.

The more I use this app, the more cool features I find! It's super simple to set up, keeps track of everyone, and allows you to manually adjust points (great for those customers who bought from us right before we installled the loyalty program!)
There's also a huge help section that contains tons of articles on "how to", including setting up a permanent page on your site, marketing, etc. Unlike some other apps we've tried, it's not a free trial or severely limited options- you can use this app fully for FREE. There are a few minor things that you get with the paid app, but it's great to have a wonderful loyalty program even when you don't have lots of customers (yet.)

After weeks of researching marketing apps, Marsello answered my questions honestly. Even with some of their features in beta mode, I found them to be one of the best email marketing and loyalty apps for the money. Their tech support is absolutely amazing. I had an issue setting up an one time marketing campaign and I was pleasantly surprised by the response to help solve the issue and the follow up to make sure everything was fine. I highly recommend Marsello for email marketing and your loyalty program.

We use Vend in store and wanted to find a product that would allow our customers to utilize loyalty both in store and online, we found that Marsello was the one! Not only because of that they also have a awesome email marketing campaign that we have massive results with, if you haven't jumped on the email marketing yet then Marsello is the one to go with, you can also send out SMS to customers. We have just started using the google review part of Marsello to allow our retail store more to receive great feedback and move up the google pages/ reviews. The customer support has be great as well!!

I did a ton of research on loyalty apps on Shopify, including taking the plunge with two others over a period of months. Both turned out to be challenging* or overpriced once additional features (like VIP tiers) were factored in.
Marsello was a breath of fresh air. Well-priced, a logical and elegant administrative UX and a rich set of features. Everything worked well and I can't recall a single negative issue. Support was also quick and effective. Highly recommended.
*Be careful about how shipping costs are handled (some apps do things in a way that just frustrate customers) and also whether a solution requires switching to another checkout component (this can have serious implications for others apps, like discounts/coupon apps, where conflicts may exist).
