Marsello: Omnichannel Loyalty

We have tried other apps but this is the one. It is truly beautiful, even the dashboard is a pleasure to look at.

Super easy setup, lots of easy to follow instructions on the help pages plus very helpful blog posts.

Works great, the support is one of the best and you will rarely need it. The team at Collectapps is awesome.

I love it so far! The set up wasn't too difficult at all, and it was fairly easy to launch! The only issue I have, is the 'confirmation email' that customers get to activate their account...they put their password in the and the link to activate is not as dominate as the 'deactivate' button, so a lot of people have accidentally clicked that and basically cancelled their signup.

Hopefully that makes sense!

This app creates an fully-functional loyalty program with all the email automations to go with it. Even the free version of it is very comprehensive. Really easy to set up out of the box - a couple of hours and you have a really professional loyalty program. Great stuff.

I really researched loyalty programs before deciding on Marsello. I've had this app for three months. It is the only app that I don't go into every month to fix bugs, because it does its job so well without slowing down the site. The customizing of the program is so intricate that it blends with my theme without just appearing as another app addition. Great app Marsello. #winwin

This app is awesome, takes the headache of email campaigns away. Plus it creates a loyalty program where you get to pick point values for different things, rewards levels, and what the points earn.
