Marsello: Omnichannel Loyalty

Very good to improve sales and keep the customers engaged and focussed.

*EDITED TO CLARIFY*: Doesn't work if you have mailchimp *popup signup form* installed. Support responds quickly, but so far they've just responded with "it doesn't work with mailchimp's *popup*, youll have to disable one or the other." and no actual fixes. I wouldn't pay for this app, but I'll continue to use the free part since shopify apps charge way too much for simple functionality, and I can't find anything else worth the cost.

It is quite easy to use actually, I liked how it boosted my sales in a limited amount of time, you really need to get this app as soon so possible

We looked high and low for the best combination of loyalty program + email automation, and with Marsello — we feel like this is the one for our shop (https://lovefortheplanet.com). We just installed it recently, but here are a few brief observations:

- This is high quality software. It's all about the beautiful details; the colors, the clean UI, the intuitive design — you can tell that this product is crafted with love and I'm excited for a long partnership here. Life is too short to use crappy software — and Marsello is a delight for the eyes and a pleasure to use.

- Support is great. They respond in a timely and courteous fashion, and always give me the answers I need.

- The future looks super-bright here; I'm excited for the ability to natively advertise through this platform, and I look forward to automating our marketing as much as we can!

i love how easy it is to use and it have a very colorful interface. it is one of the most helpful apps i have, now only if i coudl get more customers and better marketing.

If it's too good to be true - it usually is. I am sad that I need to update this review and warn against using Marsello for the short term. The email campaign feature is garbage. Two weeks in a row now it has crashed after attempts to send strategic marketing messages to segmented customers. I have worked with the developers but unfortunately responses are not timely (24 hours +). The rewards program is adequate for the current price point but without an effective email marketing integration you are restricted in the strategies you can deploy to exploit the program. There's no point having a rewards program for the sake of charity. One hopes the developers at Marsello know what they're doing but if they do, they are doing it at the expense of people like me. (well, not anymore)

So easy to set up, beautifully integrated and seamless! Don't need to understand coding to create beautifully automated emails! 5 * hands down!

Do not use Marsello. They will rip you off. They import duplicate customers with no contact information, forcing to pay hundreds a year for customers who are unable to receive any messaging. Customer service is a joke. Much more expensive than similar apps. SKIP IT!

Awesome app because it actually has real insights so you can see where your money is going. You can do so much with this app. You can give rewards, send your customers email blasts and so much more. A must have for any business person who wants to see the big picture. I would highly recommend.

Marsello is extremely helpful as a marketing tool when working with Lightspeed Series X and Shopify. There are some features I wish it had: ie cash loyalty instead of points, but overall it is easy to use so long as it is set up correctly. There have been some minor sync issues but nothing that hasn't been resolved quickly during business hours.
