Marsello: Omnichannel Loyalty

i LOVE THIS APP. We'd been using a different system for years with loads of problems (high price, horrible customer service, terrible integration & an atrocious customer portal separate from our website). I had no idea taking care of our customers could be this easy!
PROS:
-you can customize everything. colors, logos, text, coupons, tiers, rewards, etc...
-magnificent suggestions on email campaigns, and keeping track of customers.
-Customer service will help you with everything! Theyre prompt in their responses.
-POS integration is the best i've seen yet. It's not seamless, you'll have to teach your team a couple steps, but it's also not hard.

CONS:
-Takes time to setup if you choose to customize everything yourself.
-Nothing else. It's awesome.

I used this app to grow my sales and manage my customers. For a new commerce like mine, I was looking for something free but that will still allow me to do a lot of things like follow customers, start and manage my loyalty program, and many more. I found it all in the free plan of this app. I highly recommend

Easy to use and navigate through and the customer service team have been really helpful. This has become an easy way to keep track of my customers and sales all in the one programme and reward them with extra points along the way to encourage them to come back over and over again. Brilliant app.

I was finding it a bit challenging finding an app that will work for both in store and online. This app has been extremely helpful with managing those challenges and helping me build out my loyalty program for my store. Like with any new app, there's always teething issues at the beginning when setting it up. But the developers are very prompt with getting back to me with useful solutions and alternatives. I use this app to set up my loyalty program and as an alternative to Mailchimp for Shopify. I tried other apps but they didn't have the functionality I needed or were too complicated to use. I like how I can use other things like free products and, in my case, planting trees on customer's behalf as rewards instead of just discounts. I am thrilled with Marsello and it just keeps getting better. I really like how more functions are being added all the time and soon it will be my email marketing one-stop-shop. Marsello's customer support is fantastic. Really helpful! I highly recommend this app!
