We are a relatively small company and are pleasantly surprised by the functionality of the automated email flows now included with was our Beautiful Loyalty App - now Marsello. We are now able to maintain contact with our customers like the big boys - we just had our first email and received 4 orders while we slept. i had known for awhile this is something we had to do, but i just couldn't get around to doing it. So BAM we now have access to an app that has algorithms that reach out to our customers according to their prior purchasing behavior and generates coupon codes that work automatically with Shopify - I don't have to do anything other than make the email consistent with our brand - AMAZING - LOVE IT!!! IF THERE WAS A 10 START RATING I WOULD GIVE IT.

I've been using this app for a while with my store and my customers LOVE the loyalty program. I wouldn't even look for another app because this one meets my needs to the "t". :)

So easy to use and setting it up was really simple. I love how it brings people back to my store, and I'm so happy I don't have to keep track of anything manually anymore. I am thrilled with my experience so far! I can honestly say they have by far the best customer service I have dealt with in a long time - super fast, friendly and helpful. The program itself was easy to set up and get running, my customers love it and there are no hidden fees unlike other ones I have tried in the past. I would highly recommend them!

Wonderful app. I find it much easier to understand and navigate than Swell Rewards, and even with a free account you get great customer support.

This is the best loyalty app on Shopify and I've tried a few. Great interface and easy to use. This app is especially great if you have a retail store as well. It is the only one that integrates into your POS that doesn't cost and arm and a leg. The support is amazing as well!

Their support is so helpful. I have some issue which cannot be technically solved. They actively suggest another way to solve my problem! Great!
