Marsello is AWESOME! I love the marketing automation and the fact that whenever I need assistance (which is probably more than I should, lol), their team is also responsive and friendly. They've help me several times, even when the answer/solution has been right in front of my face! lol Marsello has helped me streamline my marketing and communication with my customers. I LOVE IT!

We were in search of a loyalty program with all the bells and whistles that also provided great customer service. We were giving up hope until we found Beautiful Loyalty Programs for Shopify. They didn't have a ton of reviews (being a new app), but the ones they had were great, so we gave them a shot. So glad we did as they have exceeded our expectations! The customer service is top-notch and the program provides everything you would need for a successful loyalty program. Also, they have tons of help documentation articles for you to read which helps a lot! 5 stars for this company!

I got this app to start a loyalty program, and it is A+ for the loyalty program. I was so surprised to also get email automation that is simple and easy to use - I was using a different email app that was great but complicated. I was so happy to combine everything into this one!
