I've been with Marsello for a few years now and they are constantly looking for ways to improve and add new features. Their support team is amazing with prompt replies. I love that I can integrate our loyalty program with email all in one app! Highly recommend them instead of working with a few separate apps.

Beware of price gouging. We've been loyal Marsello customers for many years. Their recent price change took our store from $79 per month to $1020 per month with no material change in subscribers nor benefit. We've engaged our attorney general to make inquiries on our behalf. BUYER BEWARE!

Thanks for the honest feedback. As you have seen over the last 5 years the product has evolved substantially with no price increase during that time to your account which unfortunately we were unable to sustain.
We want to work with merchants to ensure they see value in Marsello and as I understand you are working with Emma from our support team to remove some inactive customers from your account to reduce your overall subscription price so you can continue to use Marsello.

$100+ a month....what? LOL. Bye Marsello! You were great when you were great. I'm not sure what the heck warrants 9.99 to $130/month but I'll gladly find another rewards program for my customers.
