I've been having an issue with getting orders accepted by the Marvel app. one customer's order sat in processing for 9 days without being accepted by the app. when I personally order a product it goes through within a day or 2. the product quality is really good when it arrives but the customer service seems to be non-existent. I have been trying to contact them about the issue for over a week now without a response.
The app is easy to install. It has a good variety of products and the garment quality is good. The customer service is broken.
