This app has been a huge help with integrating wholesale management into my Shopify store. Now I can manage retail and wholesale orders all in one place which streamlines my accounting and stock keeping. Customer support was great too. It took little over 24 hours for Massy team (shoutout to PEONY & BRAD) to resolve a theme issue for me that could cause hours and hours of extra work! not to mention having to change the theme (layout at leats) find new apps, do the setup all over again. Massy team managed to find the issue, contacted another app developer that collided with their settings and resolved it all for me. Thank you so much!

This app has been awesome for keeping my wholesale and DTC orders organized from the same place. And if I ever needed help they sorted me out quickly. It's great to have your B2B customers just log in and place orders on their own and then you can fulfill them like a normal retail order. Thanks Massy team!

Great customer service. I had a couple of roadblocks getting started and they helped me out promptly. It works well and a lot better than paying for shopify b2b.
One enhancement I'd like to see is allow for a custom price "book" by customer (right now if I don't want a blanket % off for a customer and instead custom negotiated prices, it means I need to create a new rule for every product for that customer. A bit cumbersome.

Incredible Customer Service and it works just how I would have hoped! And even better honestly! We have different customer bases that require different prices and it makes it super easy, clear to see, and accessible for all customers to order from the same listing, but with their custom pricing. Customer Service and Technical team was also quick and helped me get a $/Unit price as we sell packs of items and they added it pronto! Thank you!
