Massy B2B Wholesale Pricing

We ran into an issue where the discounted pricing did not adjust because of a subscription widget that we had installed. While they were not able to solve this issue, I appreciate Sylvia checking with her development team, after hours, to see if a resolution could be found. They have now upgraded the request so that a new feature can be developed so that others don't have the same issue. Not much more to ask of them as they are actively working to make this app better.

I definitely can recommend Massy B2B app to anyone looking to offer a different price for their wholesale customers. The features in the app do appear limited at first but once you dig in you realize how powerful it actually is. I reached out to their support on a few occasions because the features were not always working exactly as I wanted/needed them to. Sylvia from support was INCREDIBLY responsive and along with their development team so very helpful. Very customized customer service experience.

I installed the Massy B2B Wholesale Pricing app yesterday after having some difficulty with a competing product.

The installation was quick and easy and I could see discount pricing immediately. I did have an issue with product pricing on one of my pages and reached out to the support team.

Everyone I worked with was friendly and effective. The problem was fixed within hours and I'm very happy with everything.

Great customer service. I had a couple of roadblocks getting started and they helped me out promptly. It works well and a lot better than paying for shopify b2b.

One enhancement I'd like to see is allow for a custom price "book" by customer (right now if I don't want a blanket % off for a customer and instead custom negotiated prices, it means I need to create a new rule for every product for that customer. A bit cumbersome.

I was looking for an app for my wholesale store, something simple and, if possible, affordable. I found both! The app is very easy to use, and on top of that, it’s free!!
