Excellent B2B app with outstanding customer support!

After testing several wholesale solutions, this has been one of the most complete B2B apps we’ve used. It includes virtually every feature needed for a professional wholesale operation. Everything is well thought out and works reliably.

The biggest highlight is the customer support. The team is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help with setup, customization, and resolving questions quickly. Their support alone makes a huge difference.

Massy's wholesale app offers the full and flexible functionality we need to allow specific customers to access their own discounts and wholesale prices. Massy's customer service is par-to-none. After experiencing an issue related to own theme files, Massy's dev jumped on it and had it fixed within the hour. Amazing.

Our experience so far has been great. Some of the features aren't super intuitive but everything we need is there and the support staff is super quick to point you in the right direction or help with customizations. This app has a lot more features than the others we tried. We're very happy.

We ran into an issue where the discounted pricing did not adjust because of a subscription widget that we had installed. While they were not able to solve this issue, I appreciate Sylvia checking with her development team, after hours, to see if a resolution could be found. They have now upgraded the request so that a new feature can be developed so that others don't have the same issue. Not much more to ask of them as they are actively working to make this app better.

It's better than many other discount apps in the market. Easy to set, flexible rules, and the supporter Mary is very helpful. She answers questions immediately always. And the Dev will asist customizations! I hope you can launch more functions like order discounts and custom CSS etc.

Massy App has done wonders for me because it resolved the pricing discount problem in exactly same way as I wanted. Initially, the pricing did not show correctly in 2 sections. Their support is truly supportive and quick enough to resolve the issue within 24 hours.

I definitely can recommend Massy B2B app to anyone looking to offer a different price for their wholesale customers. The features in the app do appear limited at first but once you dig in you realize how powerful it actually is. I reached out to their support on a few occasions because the features were not always working exactly as I wanted/needed them to. The app is great and helpful in solving most issues I have with setting up B2B alongside B2C! Mary has been super quick and helpful in getting my email verified and answering my questions. Would be great if the shipping option also allowed hidin other shipping rates, not just discount the general rates.
