It took little over 24 hours for Massy team (shoutout to PEONY & BRAD) to resolve a theme issue for me that could cause hours and hours of extra work! not to mention having to change the theme (layout at leats) find new apps, do the setup all over again. Massy team managed to find the issue, contacted another app developer that collided with their settings and resolved it all for me. Thank you so much!

Great app for my B2B wholesale clients. I can set up payment terms, special discounts and much more. It works well with the retail side of it. Help is also very quick. Brad responded to my questions right away and he was able to solve the issues I was having. Thank you.

At the moment, the application does everything I needed, and possibly even more- I haven’t had the chance to test all of its features yet. So far, I’m very satisfied both with how the app works and with the technical support. I received a lot of support and help with the configuration.
Ps. It would be worth improving the FAQ regarding the timer I mentioned. If it had been described there, I probably wouldn’t have needed to ask additional questions.

Massy is really just the best and especially because of the attentiveness and helpful attitudes of Peony, Seyla and Mary. Massy's wholesale app offers the full and flexible functionality we need to allow specific customers to access their own discounts and wholesale prices. Massy's customer service is par-to-none. After experiencing an issue related to own theme files, Massy's dev jumped on it and had it fixed within the hour. Amazing.

Our experience so far has been great. Some of the features aren't super intuitive but everything we need is there and the support staff is super quick to point you in the right direction or help with customizations. This app has a lot more features than the others we tried. We're very happy.

We ran into an issue where the discounted pricing did not adjust because of a subscription widget that we had installed. While they were not able to solve this issue, I appreciate Sylvia checking with her development team, after hours, to see if a resolution could be found. They have now upgraded the request so that a new feature can be developed so that others don't have the same issue. Not much more to ask of them as they are actively working to make this app better.
