Wij zijn heel erg tevreden over de werking van de app en ook over de service en prettige communicatie met het team van Massy. Om de app voor onze webshop volledig aan onze wensen te laten voldoen, hadden wij een paar vragen aan Massy hoe we dit konden doen. Er werd direct aangeboden om ons te helpen en inmiddels zijn al onze wensen in de App aangebracht. Niets was teveel, iedere vraag werd steeds vakkundig en snel opgepakt. I'm loving the app so far. It's been easy to set up - user friendly. Clearer than a couple of other wholesale apps I have tried first for sure. I did have a small issue whilst setting up as I didn't understand a setting and customer service was very helpful in a timely way sorting it out for me - thank you to Hana, Brad and Macie.
