Wij zijn heel erg tevreden over de werking van de app en ook over de service en prettige communicatie met het team van Massy. Om de app voor onze webshop volledig aan onze wensen te laten voldoen, hadden wij een paar vragen aan Massy hoe we dit konden doen. Er werd direct aangeboden om ons te helpen en inmiddels zijn al onze wensen in de App aangebracht. Niets was teveel, iedere vraag werd steeds vakkundig en snel opgepakt. Wij zijn heel blij met het resultaat, de App en de samenwerking met Massy. Ik wil Brad en Peony bedanken voor al hun geduld, de snelle support en de zeer vriendelijke communicatie.

I'm loving the app so far. It's been easy to set up - user friendly. Clearer than a couple of other wholesale apps I have tried first for sure. I did have a small issue whilst setting up as I didn't understand a setting and customer service was very helpful in a timely way sorting it out for me - thank you to Hana, Brad and Macie. Even though I have barely launched my wholesale I'm excited to put this app into use. Thank you so much! ♥

Installed in minutes and worked right away. Clean UI, nothing buried in settings. Runs smoothly with our theme. Standout is support: fast replies, they understand the issue and stay on it until it’s fixed (they even tweaked a small setting for us). Simple, practical, time-saving. Easy recommendation.
