"There was a mistake, your file doesnt seem to be in the right format" Even though its .csv, tried all option, Excel format and plain csv file.
Hi, thank you for trying and reporting the issue. Did you export your orders directly from shopify in csv format? With the first option: "Export as CSV for Excel, Numbers, or other spreadsheet programs" ? And directly uploading it without opening the file in other software like excel? I'm happy to help you and try to figure out the issue!
This app is perfect to find products to sell together! And you can upload orders export from any shopify store!
I used this app to help me find the right product for my upsell. I really like how it works. Very simple but it works like a charm!
