if you are just starting out please do not waste your time with this supplier. from the get go which was over as year ago, customer service was spotty, and as for the website it could be more user friendly with regard to updating items. I really hope that there is another European supplier that can fulfill my needs
took months for my test order to be delivered to me and I'm pretty certain that one item just didn't even make it to me
i have uploaded so many items and invested so much time that it now breaks my heart to remove all their items and start fresh. does any one know of any supplier that carry the same brands as Matterhorn?

quand vous lancez une commance chez vous il faut etre pret d'attendre + 7 jours pour la preparation de la commande et 5 jours min pour envoyer une commande .C'est vraiment honteux
I'm trying to place an order but no response for 5 days. Tried to contact them everywhere. Their Whatsapp number on their Facebook page is fake. It seems that this company isn't operating. MONTHS OF WORK TO CREATE A STORE WASTED BY THIS FAKE SUPPLIER!
The app was so easy to install and complete all the necessary information. However, there is no admin support and I cant see how to place the order. I sent several emails without a reply. So now I will have to cancel the customer order and lose money. Greatly disappointed. I will be removing the app and all products from my store. A total waste of my time.
I had a serious issue with this company called Matterhorn, a company based in Europe handling badly our dropshipping services. An order was placed and the customer paid for express shipping hoping the product can be shipped within the right amount of time. Unfortunately, that was not the case!
The customer continues to complain and follow-up with us to know what's going on with their order. The worst, the customer's order was placed on paid status for more than 10 days with zero tracking number.
Finally, after several exhausted contacts that I made, they finally sent a tracking number, but still useless as the customer already so mad and very unsatisfied. We are now more than 30 days since the order was placed. My customer decided to give up and I had to refund the money.
In addition, Matterhorn people are so unresponsive and irresponsible since the date the order was placed and do not return email. Basically, they stole the money and my customer never receive the product to this day.
Please do not do any business with Matterhorn Wholesale because they will NOT fulfill your order and worst they will not respond to any email. It was a total waste of time and money. They are a horrible company!

This is by far the worst dropshipping company I’ve ever dealt with. I waited over a week and my customer never received the order. I had to refund the money and take the loss, while Matterhorn made me look like a fool. I sent multiple emails and they never bothered to reply – zero communication, zero support, zero professionalism. Honestly, this feels like a scam operation. If you value your business and your customers, stay far away from Matterhorn.
Aus meiner Erfahrung rate ich von dieser App ab. Es gibt keinen Kundenservice. Nachdem ich meinen Shop eingerichtet und viel Zeit investiert hatte, kam meine erste Bestellung. Die Ware wurde aber nach 7 Tagen nicht geliefert. Mehrere Versuche, den Kundenservice zu erreichen, blieben erfolglos. Erst später schrieb mir jemand, dass die Bestellung noch nicht versendet wurde und noch in Bearbeitung sei. Sehr enttäuschend – meiner Meinung nach sollte Shopify diese App verbieten, um Betrug zu verhindern.
Unfortunately, this company currently does not accept returns. Their explanation is that, due to changes in management and bank accounts, they “cannot activate the return function” for clients. They also state that “returns may be possible in the future, but they don’t know when.”
This is a very vague and unprofessional response. They emphasize being a wholesale business, yet they expect customers to purchase without any option to return items. The reality is that as a wholesaler selling to end customers, we are legally obliged to accept returns under consumer protection laws—but this company refuses to take responsibility on their side.
Very disappointing experience, not transparent, and not customer-friendly.
