Explain this from the percentages, it does not lead from percent to amount stated below:
"to a maximum of $100,000.00 USD"

maybe write this section in the app description of the App Store, with more detail..............................

Does this amount come out monthly or does it require a purchase ? These questions should be answered in the beginning not just click and signup and read this link that has little about this section.

Thanks for your comment. You can find the commission fee of 3% on the App Store listing under Pricing. Commission per sale is aggregated and deducted monthly.
