Have been using the free app for over 2 years now, and just upgraded to the pro version. Overall, I can say it helps convert the 10%-20% of customers who are skeptical becuase they don't know your site so well yet. I want to clarify the 5 stars has nothing to do with the support I've received. Only the results that have occurred as a result of installing the app.

McAfee support is pretty bad in my opinion. They don't respond to your e-mails and spam your e-mail constantly asking you to upgrade. I see from other comments that I'm not the only one. Oh well, I can't deny that they've helped me increase my sales revenue, although I wonder if it's just a giant AI bot running the show.

The best app on the market place for consumer trust. After I upgraded to the pro version to get all the features I learned I had to input the code myself. Absolute nightmare and I couldn't do it so I created a support ticket to see if they had anyone to help me with the full integration. Shortly after i posted the ticket I got a call and the integration team worked with me to immediately set it all up. Great product and even greater service. I Highly Recommend it!
