TrustedSite ‑ Gütesiegel

I added a trust badge to my website, thinking it would help build customer confidence, which it did. However, I was surprised to be charged $348 after only a week, despite having just 130 visitors. For small businesses with lower traffic, the cost feels way too high for the value. While the feature itself is useful, the pricing doesn't seem fair for smaller sites. Thankfully, they refunded my money after I reached out and explained there was a mistake in how I set it up.

Trustedsite definitely does what it's intended to do,allow customers to browse knowing that the site they are on is secured. Do wish there was an increased amount of views per month on the free version,but overall is great.

Simple & useful app to make trust with customers.

So far so good on my side

I like that TrustedSite makes customers feel secure purchasing from my store. I had problems installing everything and had said so in a meeting with a sales rep from the company. After I told her I was having problems getting it installed on all pages, she told me there was a person in the company named Jay that would finish installing the program for me. He was very efficient and did a great job. I wish I knew about Jay sooner!

It’s expensive but it worth it, also to implement all of the badges and trustmarks you need to have contact them several times so they can add it for you

Good app, wish it lasted longer it disappears ina few day due to our number of visits but not bad.

Works fine.
