Customer support is great, Kekoa helped me get the trusted badge pasted on numerous pages of my website. Very friendly and helpful, everything was completed extremely fast. Thank you Kekoa for helping make sure I had the Trust Badge everywhere I possibly could.

Overall the app has been ok but recently when I asked the TS team to disable the banner after I hit my monthly limit the banners started to disapper prematurely before i've hit my limits. I asked TS support to help so they just manually enabled my banners but haven't explained why the banners disappeared and how to prevent the issue.

For now I have to keep monitoring my site weekly if the banner has disappeared. I hope TS can do a deep dive and actually address the root cause because this has happened before as well.

Trustedsite definitely does what it's intended to do,allow customers to browse knowing that the site they are on is secured. Do wish there was an increased amount of views per month on the free version,but overall is great.

This company is great and has certainly increased my sales. I would definitely recommend them.

Happy with the assurance it provides our customers. Still on free version but will embark on he paid journey as soon as our business grows in affordability. Thanks for this product, its great.
