I think this is a scam app, it slows down the site, it tracks all customer info, after a year of using it I'm going to uninstall this today. how do I remove your app code?

I like to think that this adds a certain level of trust and authority to my store. Easy to install. I haven't been easily able to measure an impact on conversion rate as yet though.
