Still not seeing the trusted badge after a week. I have sent in all information over a week ago.

Overall the app has been ok but recently when I asked the TS team to disable the banner after I hit my monthly limit the banners started to disapper prematurely before i've hit my limits. I asked TS support to help so they just manually enabled my banners but haven't explained why the banners disappeared and how to prevent the issue.
For now I have to keep monitoring my site weekly if the banner has disappeared. I hope TS can do a deep dive and actually address the root cause because this has happened before as well.

Too expensive and their free plan is a scam. You reach the maximum number of hits after a few days and then the badge won’t show anymore.
I decided to try this site to see if it would help me with sales. I am getting a few sales not as many as I expected. I am continuing to use the app because I think it helps people to trust my site. Db
Can't change the size or location, or color of the badge.
It covers some stuff from my site.
Also, cannot open the app.

EDIT: After more than 2 years, I asked for their assistance with an issue only to realize that their Support Team is still top notch.
Also, I feel I should emphasize how important it is that they are continously adding more features. This is invaluable !!!

October 2024 - TrustSite continues to be the #1 app for trust badges within my shop. Professional and trustworthy.
Reached out to TrustedSite to have dialog about option for niche store, received phone call with suggestions and also recommendation to add Trust badges that were included in package but not visible on site. Jay was totally helpful in accomplishing the set-up to take advantage of trust badge placement in critical checkout locations.
It’s pointless and there is a very low limit on the trusted tab shows for the free version. 39$ a month seems way too much for a small business store
I’m Deaf-Blind “trial and error” mainstream schools self-educated unaided former bank clerk 1986-1990, poet, author and publisher of 3-8 books and masterpiece timeless epic poem “GLOOMY FATE” (FATE - HARBINGER IN THE TEMPLE OF DOOM) and (CALAMITOUS - MAN vs FATE) 2) “AMERICAN EVIL EMPIRE” (RUMBLING AT THE JUNGLE). I’m trying to navigate the TrustedSite and Shopify store platform to familiarize myself with through “trial and error.” I thought TrustedSite says the monthly fee is $29.00 but instead it displays hidden fee of over $380.00 lump sum!
