Excellent. You can do incredible things with this app. The support rules, they are so kind and really care about solving your Shopify puzzles and breaking you free of Shopify’s basic limitations! They helped me set up some custom code, super responsive and fast to help me get it sorted. And when I stopped running my Shopify store full time after 10 years, they helped me lower my subscription cost so that I could keep my Mechanic tasks running long term. It’s a bargain for a versatile app and I’m glad to have supported it full price for a long time.

We love Mechanic! It allows us to automate our post-purchase flow for 10s of thousands of users effectively. They’re team is amazingly responsive, the community of developers around it are incredibly helpful and we wouldn’t be able to run our store without it. Definitely recommend for any small business to enterprise store!
