Great App. Saved us a lot of money for apps, since you can do so much like cancel orders, email customers etc easily with it. Great support and fast help in the slack channel as well. All in all the best shopify app i found so far and for the features really cheap.

Probably the most powerful app on Shopify. Mechanic is a tremendously amazing workflow automation app that we can't live without. It allows for all sorts of tasks (e.g. Tag an order if a discount code is used, send out a discount code if an order contains X, change a fulfillment location based on customer address). There are templated tasks that are also infinitely customizable for your needs. On top of that, there's an incredible Slack community to support it, with super fast response times and contractors who can help develop tasks for your shop at very good prices (+1 Brad as well). Thanks Mechanic for being so amazing.

This is one of the best developer apps out there on Shopify! The team is super helpful, the Mechanic community on Slack is excellent, and there are literally limitless opportunities to automate your store with this app. Highly recommend!

This app literally saved my business! Not only are the available functions currently available worth the cost alone, the fact you can build your own makes this worth every penny!

Also, Issac @ Lightward helped me tremendously by building the function I needed to add a limit on the amount of total orders received per calendar day. He openly worked with me to gather the requirements and make tweaks as needed, which I could not have done without his help! Plus...this function was added so that any users of Mechanic now has access to this feature as well!

With Mechanic the possibilities for customization of your Shopify store are endless. Developers in their Slack channel are responsive, reasonable and pleasant to work with. Also the documentation at docs.usemechanic.com is invaluable if you're new to Liquid.

wow. I have no idea why this functionality isn't included in Shopify by default. But this app does exactly what it says it does, which is amazing!

Isaac (the dev) is the kind of person we need more of - you can sense the empathy and understanding in all of the communication. You know how you've see help files and you can tell they're written from a place of frustration (the writer doesn't seem to care about the reader). You can tell Isaac genuinely wants this app to solve your problem, and will write stuff in such a way to make that as likely as possible to happen (and it works).

You can probably replace a ton of apps with this, and make them work exactly how you want them to. And feel good about paying for it.

I love this app and the support that comes with it. I'm always discovering more useful things it can do to make my life easier. Thanks Matt and the team.
